Application Documents for Software Engineering
- Passport-sized photo
- Passport ID page copy, valid for at least 6 months
- Academic transcripts, scanned color copy, officially sealed by the school
- Highest diploma or pre-graduation certificate, scanned color copy, officially sealed; pre-graduation applicants must mention the expected graduation date
- Foreigner Physical Examination Form issued within the last 6 months
- Non-criminal record certificate, scanned color copy, issued within the last 6 months by the local public security authority
- English proficiency certificate: TOEFL 80+, IELTS 6.0+, or equivalent proof
- Applicants whose previous education was taught in English may be exempt from IELTS/TOEFL, but must provide official proof of English as the language of instruction
- Bank statement with at least $5,000
- Completed application form
- Residence permit or valid visa copy for applicants currently living in mainland China
- Study certificate and transcript for applicants who have studied in China before
- Handwritten signature
- Personal statement including self-introduction, reasons for applying, understanding of the Software Engineering major, and study plan
- Award certificates or other supporting documents, if available
- Copy of China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) transcript, especially for the required subjects such as Mathematics and Physics

Special Notes for Software Engineering Program
- Application Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of 600 RMB must be paid when submitting the application.
- Accommodation
Students can choose from the following on-campus housing options:
- Standard Room (Twin Beds): 60 RMB per day
- Single Room: 120 RMB per day
Accommodation includes basic facilities such as air conditioning, furniture, free Wi-Fi, shared laundry services, and internet access.
- CSCA Requirement
Applicants are required to take the Mathematics and Physics sections of the Academic Proficiency Test for Undergraduate Admission to Chinese Universities (CSCA), organized by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), and submit valid transcripts.
- Tuition Fee
The tuition fee is 22,000 RMB per year and must be paid after receiving the digital pre-admission notice.
