Required Application Documents

Applicants must prepare and submit the following documents to complete their application. All files should be clear, valid, and properly certified where required.

• Passport Photo: A recent passport-sized photograph.
• Passport Copy: A scanned copy of the passport ID page, valid for at least six months from the application date.
• Academic Transcripts: Official high school transcripts in color, sealed by the issuing institution.
• Diploma Certificate: A scanned copy of the high school diploma or a pre-graduation certificate. If submitting a pre-graduation certificate, the expected graduation date must be clearly indicated.
• Medical Examination Form: A Foreigner Physical Examination Form issued within the last six months.
• Non-Criminal Record Certificate: A valid certificate issued by local authorities, dated within the last six months.
• English Language Certificate: Non-native English speakers must provide proof of proficiency such as:
  • TOEFL (minimum score: 80)
  • IELTS (minimum score: 6.0)
  • Equivalent English certificate

  Applicants who completed previous studies in English may be exempt but must provide official proof of the language of instruction.

• Bank Statement: Proof of financial support showing a minimum balance of $5,000.
• Application Form: Completed and signed application form.
• Residence Permit or Visa Copy: Required only for applicants currently residing in China.
• Study Certificate (China): Applicants who previously studied in China must submit a study certificate along with transcripts.
• Signature: A handwritten signature of the applicant.
• Personal Statement: A written document explaining your background, reasons for applying, understanding of the major, and future study plan.
• Supporting Documents: Any additional materials such as award certificates or achievements that strengthen the application.
• CSCA Test Transcript: Copy of the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) results, including the Mathematics section.

Ensure that all documents are accurate, translated if necessary, and submitted before the deadline to avoid delays in the application process.

Special Notes

Please review the following important information before applying. These details are essential for Moroccan students planning to study in China.

• Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of 600 RMB must be paid when submitting the application.
• Accommodation:
  • Standard Room (Twin Beds): 60 RMB/day
  • Single Room: 120 RMB/day

  Accommodation includes basic facilities such as air conditioning, furniture, free Wi-Fi, shared laundry areas, and broadband internet access.

• CSCA Test Requirement: Applicants must take the Mathematics section of the Academic Proficiency Test for Undergraduate Admission to Chinese Universities (CSCA Test), organized by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), and provide valid results.
• Tuition Fee: The annual tuition fee is 17,500 RMB and must be paid after receiving the digital pre-admission notice.
